THE BRABO GOALKEEPER SPONSORSHIP POLICY

Goalkeepers are a special breed of hockey player — fearless, committed and essential to every team’s success. At Brabo, we recognise the unique demands of the position and have created a sponsorship structure that supports goalies at every level of the game.

Our sponsorship policy aims to provide greater access to high quality Brabo goalie gear at affordable prices, while still remaining a sustainable and professional program.

The Brabo Goalkeeper Path:

1. ELITE INTERNATIONAL GOALKEEPERS

If you are a current SA / Olympic Senior outdoor national goalkeeper, you are fully sponsored by Brabo Netherlands under their own budget and conditions.

2. INTERNATIONAL SENIOR GOALKEEPERS

Current international senior indoor, outdoor and Hockey5s goalkeepers (South Africa & Namibia) qualify for 50% sponsorship on Brabo goalie gear.

3. NATIONAL AGE GROUP & MASTERS GOALKEEPERS

Current SA U16, U18, U21 and SA Masters outdoor national goalkeepers qualify for 30% sponsorship.

4. PROVINCIAL GOALKEEPERS

Current provincial youth and senior goalkeepers (all formats) qualify for 20% sponsorship.

5. CLUB, SCHOOL & UNIVERSITY GOALKEEPERS

Goalkeepers playing at school, university or club level currently receive 0% sponsorship, but are encouraged to grow within the Brabo system and work their way up.

- Sponsorship is awarded at Brabo’s discretion and is not guaranteed.
- Sponsorship discounts are for personal use only and may not be shared.
- All goalie gear must be paid upfront via EFT before dispatch.
- Stock availability may vary depending on ranges, sizes and colours.
- Prices are subject to change based on exchange rates and official pricing updates.
- Terms and conditions may be updated without prior notice.

To qualify for sponsorship, you must currently be playing at the levels outlined above.
